My collection of Inner & Outer Space covers is shown below. I’ve never really chased these but just have a few from box-lots etc. These covers seem to have been made from Apollo 15 through to the Skylab missions. I think they were made by Don Schultz of ‘Dan & Don Cachets’, based on the presence of these flyers in some of the earlier examples:
